14 Year Old WeightLifting Plan - 7/29/2007 10:40:45 PM

I was wondering what would be a healthy plan for me. I'm looking at hitting the gym 3-5 times a week, and on the days I'm not at the gym, doing light runs and little to no lifting (Excluding sit ups/push ups). This is just talk and I probally wont end up being THAT hardcore, but hopefully close. I'm 6" 155lbs, 14 years old, and I have been lifting since I was 13. It hasn't been anything like I am planning on doing now. I was thinking about creatine, and maybe some other supplements. I really don't know very much, and I thought I could use your advice.

Thanks,
Adam

Creatins help alot, and dude for being 6'0 and being 155lbs that is a very light weight. Creatins will help you gain muscle and help put on weight.

yeah I'm 16 and have been at thegym for about 3 months now but when I started I weighed 8st 7lb but i've been taking creatine and in that three months i'm up to 9st 10lb. I'm not fat or chunky and all over better toned. I think mate a healthy plan would be whatever you want it to be really. If you want to work on upper body do that, you mentioned about cardio work go for it.. but the only thing I'd be caerful of is to not over do it. www.menshealth.co.uk is good for tips and advice on putting on weight. Helped me :D

you don't need creatine at you age your still growing natually from your youthful testoserone.don't interfear with nature at your age, just keep going as you are and when you get to 16 boost your trainging up a little.i did'nt take creatine till i was 21 and got big gains before that.i got suck on 14st so i took some creatine and went up to 15st 5lbs.so it does work but i recommend just waiting a while mate.
