here is what i do for my biceps. i started with 15 pounds, and did 17 reps. and i waited til i got to 25 reps, and uped 5 pounds. then started over, til i got to 25 reps again. at that point, i added 5 more ponds. you're talking kgs though. im in america, and we do pounds, which i cant translate into kgs as i didnt pay attention in math class when i was in the 6th grade. btu if you know about what it should translate to, id do that. cuz ive been growin pretty quick like that.
