I figure i'd come onto this site and give some of my advice to new lifters..... reply back if you are interested.... i'll walk you through what supplements and routines are best for your body....

im not real new to lifting but I dont have a set routine and I could use one

yeah dude im brand new to lifting i use to be a football player and kinda big but then i quit and got really small i would really appreciate some help if you don't mind

Yea, I'm almost 15 and want to start working out. I have a brand new Powertec Multi Station adn have no Idea what to do first. I play ice hockey and want to build upper body. I will also work on my legs but have been told that since I have been skating since 5 years old my legs should be fine.
