Hi there,

Hoping someone might be able to give me a little advice here. I was working on my chest the other day, dumbell bench press and incline, and flyes however mostly felt it in my arms. Am I right in saying this sort of bench press exercise works the triceps secondary, but of course should be working my chest more than anything...

I thought I'd stick with to see if I was aching anywhere in particular the next day. And still, I feel it in my triceps but hardly in my chest at all. I've used to use machines at the gym before to do my chest workouts and have felt a slight soreness but still, feel I'd it in my arms quite considerably first.

I'm sure I'm not using too much weight or anything like that, and I thought my form on the bench presses was actually pretty good. Also I hadn't worked my triceps for a few days before doing this most recent chest workout so I wouldn't have thought I was over doing it in any way.

It's just annoying more than anything because I never seem to be giving my chest a good workout.

Probably a bit of a weird one to ask for help without you actually being able to see me lifitng, but still thought I'd put it out there should someone have had similar problems.

Thanks
