Hi everyone. I am currently 16 years old male, going on 17, and I weigh 90 lbs. Thats right, I'm skinnier than Nicole Richie. I guess I'm just naturally skinny, I can eat and eat junk food and not gain any single pound. I heard that some people recommend eating like 6 meals a day to gain weight and I wonder if my body can actually handle all of that food. Would anyone recommend me to try out weight lifting? Can't imagine myself looking buff, lol. But I'm am desperate to gain weight.

I am assuming you are a female by the comparison to Nicole Richie. One would think by just taking in caloriews you could gain weight, but not always true. It's not just the quantity that matters, but the quality of them. You need to take in a ton of protein and hit the weights. Enough weight that there is resistance, but not too heavy to even lift. Multiple reps, like 3 sets of 10 or something. Many girls are afraid of getting bulky, but it sounds like that won't be a problem with your body type. Do a small amount of cardio to warm up, but not too much so you burn up calories. It's a slow process at first, but when you see results you are hooked.
