Hello all, I have been doing weight lifting for almost 2 years with good progress. I'm 5'11'' tall and I used to weight 120 lbs by now I weight 155 lbs. Most of the gain happened on the first year of trainning, so this last year has been slow or not gain at all. What I'm drinking is a protein shake at the mornings ( gain mass xxx from GNC ) at 7.00 am then I have normal lunch at noon, then I eat a piece of chicken one potato and two eggs at 3 pm ( this is new, I just start doing this two days ago ) and a protein bar ( 32gr ), then I go to the gym at 6.15 pm for like an hour or hour and a half, go home, drink the protein shake again, and eat dinner. The first question here ... is my diet good ? ( I want to gain more muscle ) My routine is different than the usual ( i think ): Monday: Legs ( Quadriceps and Calves ) Tuesday: Back and Biceps Wednesday: Shoulders and Hamstrings Thursday: Chest and Triceps Friday: Legs ( Quadriceps and Calves ) I this a good routine, should I change it ? ... If I have to I would like to know why ? ... Thanks a lot ! Martin
