I would like to start lifting weights, however I don't know how to.. I am a little guy approximately 5ft 9 and about 120 lbs. I want people to notice it so however hard I have to work I will. I am very dedicated and will do anything to get bigger. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!

just go down to your local gym mate and they will set you up with a programme.no easy way round it join a gym and they will sort you out.the first 2 or 3 weeks you will ache like you never ached before,but after that your body gets used to the training and becomes a good ache(you will know what i mean after week 3 mate).good luck
