mate, no way you should be doing 100 sit ups evry day. the abs are muscles , just like ur biceps and chest . Would you do 100 bench press reps and 100 bicep curls evry day? They are muscles so you need to treat them the same way. The thing is it doesnt matter how hard you train ur abs , u wont see them if u have a layer of fat covering them. To be able to see the abs men need to be less then 10% body fat. for well defined abs u need to be 6 -7 % body fat. The best way wood be to do swiss ball crunches and bridges , when doing crunches use a medicine ball so u have sum resistance . You wouldnt press just the bar with no wiehgts so y wood u crunch with no weight. If any further questions, dont hesistate to ask
