Hi there,

Below is my weekly routine:

TUESDAY - back and shoulders

3 sets of Upright rows
3 sets of One arm rows
3 sets of Bent over rows
3 sets of Shoulder press
3 sets of Lateral raises
3 sets of Barbell shrugs

THURSDAY - biceps and triceps

3 sets of Bicep curls
3 sets of One arm bicep curls
3 sets of Hammer curls
3 sets of Tricep dips
3 sets of Tricep extensions
3 sets of Single arm tricep extensions

SATURDAY - legs and forearms

3 sets of Squats
3 sets of Deadlifts
3 sets of Leg extensions
3 sets of Calf raises
3 sets of Hand grips

SUNDAY - chest and abs

3 sets of Bench press
3 sets of Incline chest flies
3 sets of Incline bench press
3 sets of Crunches
3 sets of Reverse crunches
3 sets of Leg raises

Am I overtraining my muscles with this routine?

you aren't over training in this routine if anything under training if you want to build muscle mass. You seem to be doing each muscle once a week. You should try to do each muscle every other day.

e.g.

mon - Chest and back
tues - arms + shoulders
weds - chest + back
thurs legs + abs
fir - arms + shoulders
sat legs + abs
sun - rest

or if you don't want to go everyday you ought to be doing most of your muscles at each work out giving a day of rest in between
