Has anyone here ever heard of LIPO-6? Its a weight loss pill and I was thinking about taking it. Anyone here take it yet? If so, any feedback on it. I was reading on it and it looks promising. I hope I can get some more info on it or some personal experiences on it. Thank you for your time.

So I was thinking of taking Lipo 6 and a new supplement called Diol-Trib-DHEA from Higher Power. Is that a good idea or what? If not, should I take it with creatine? Any suggestions would be great, Thanks

I am a college basketball player and I lift 3 days a week during the season. My season is almost over and during the offseason i will lift 5 days a week. I have a little bit of fat on my lower stomach and have been trying to get rid of that and become more "cut up". I want to get rid of this by using Lipo-6, how ever I dont want to lose a ton of weight. Also, I take protein shakes after every workout and have a pretty healthy diet. So basically the question I have is does anyone have any opinions on, if you think that Lipo-6 EF will work well for me to lose that fat on my lower stomach and become more cut up without my weight going down too much. And also, do you think that it will effect my performance on the court. (I have never taken any supplements before so this is new to me)

Lipo 6 -EF is horrible!!!!! I was taking ephedra products for 4 years...since my stock in my coloset has run out I have been looking for something to replace Lipo 6 with ephedra or ECA stack.
I have tried many many products that claim to be as effective as ephedra based products, but no such luck.
NO! Lipo 6 will not get rid of excess fat. You will not eat as much.. and you will still have your problems areas.

REALLY!!! What kind of stuff were you doing besides taking Lipo 6 to lose fat. I was going to lift MON-TUES-THURS-FRI and run a Mile on MON-WED-FRI as well as ab workouts. You are the first to say that it was horrible. Thanks for your input.

I really like LIPO 6. I have been taking it for 2 weeks now and I have a lot of energy. You do need to workout and eat healthy in order for it to work.

I started Lipo 6 on Monday, August 8, 2005. It has been a week, and I feel the energy, but it doesn't suppress the appetite. I am waiting on the weight loss results. I will give it three weeks to see if I see a difference. I low carb and work out Monday - Friday for atleast an hour.

I was wondering if anyone gets the "jitters" from the caffeine in LIPO 6. Its hit or miss for me, sometimes I get sick and sometimes I do fine with caffeine.

I am considering purchasing LIPO 6, But I will wait to see more comments posted here.

i get really jittery from the lipo 6 if I take two. If I stick to the one pill in the morning and one in the afternoon, I am fine. Do not take it after 4 pm or you will not be able to sleep. It does not surpress my appetite either, but it gives me plenty of energy. Now I am waiting for this fat to start shedding in my mid section.

HI! I just bought the Lipo 6 and I can't wait to start taking them!!! Although I am willing to wait until Monday LOL! I need to lose about 30 lbs And I really hope this helps me! I was taking some pills from Mexico and had the best results EVER but I don't live anywhere near there so I thought I would see what they had to offer at GNC and here I am. I will let ya know how things work for me. The only question I had about what the GNC guy told me was that the pills don't suppress your appitite. Is that true for most of you??

I have found that if I take one pill prior to meals there is not an issue with jitters and sour stomach. I can handle two pills prior to teaching a fitness class or my heavy cardio workout days. However, two pills with no exercise makes me feel awful! Anyone else experience this?
