Hello everybody, Since I was young I've been working out. Started with bicep curls and sit-ups. when I got to highschool- joined soccer, football etc. I learned about muscle groups, I tried creatine and different whey protein. Over the years I feel like I've learned quite a bit about weight training, and what works for my body. I'm nineteen now. I've never gotten huge, but maintained a pretty athletic body. I can always at least bench and squat. I can run miles and miles. I've since developed a huge leg fetish.. I can squat a few plates, pump my bike up hills. I feel like my body is strong for my size, and my legs are strong, but I'd like them to be a little thicker. (My upper body is naturally big, and it builds way too easy- so I'm top heavy) My only Idea was to tone my body, run a lot- jump rope to skinny my upper, Then work my legs at the gym. I'm not crazy about supplements besides protein, and steroids scare me, but I noticed 'anabolics' at GNC, all those Xplodes and massive gainers. Would anyone suggest anything like that, or even a weight gainer that'd give me more fuel to build them.. I'd trust someone who's tried those, before I trust the labels or the guy selling that crap to me. Thanks a lot, Ben.
