Status: offline 		I have to say . Muscle Milk is by far the best in flavor and content as far as protein shakes go. It is higher in calories, has the goodfats in it that you need, and because it tastes so good, it's not torture to drink it! It helped me put on some pounds and is more quality than the straight Heavy Weight Gainer protein

Yes I use Muscle Milk because Muscle Milk is an evolutionary" muscle formula promoting efficient fat burning, lean muscle growth and fast recovery from exercise. Metabolically favorable ingredients stimulate growth and recovery in a similar manner to mother's milk nourishing a baby. Muscle milk comes in variety of flavors. There are selections of supplements available in the market that can take place of muscle milk. I know a product called that is very popular in this movement.
