Status: offline 		I've been body bulding on and off for several years and one thing that I hate going through is the pain period when I start working out again. I was talking to a guy at the gym and he recommended a supplement called "Photostim" Not sure how it works but I guess it allows the blood to absorb oxygen more efficiently because when I took it I had a noticable increase in energy and a sense of well being I haven't felt since my early 20's. I've been taking it every six months and each time I feel great so I don't believe it is a placebo effect. While taking it I have excellent workouts and I didn't have the awful pain in my muscles that I usually have the next morning after a workout. It's a health supplement (not a steriod) as well so I like that. Has anybody else tried this, it could be something that others may like to try?
