Dear Experts, I have recently joined Gym to tone up my body after 7 Years spending my days and nights before my laptop, my height is 5.8 and weight is 90Kg, after working out in Gym I have not lost much weight but started getting my body in decent shape. Now here are few of my questions which I always wonder about. 1.How to increase muscle growth and strength 2.Does more repetitions of same exercise with low weight increase the muscle growth or less repetitions of heavy weight helps the muscles to grow. 3.How to decide how much protein I must take (Whey Protine) 4.I have almost controlled my front Abs, now they look almost flat but by side Abs is still heavy so how to lose inches from there. 5.How much time I must spend in the Gym on weight training to build up my body, I am also taking Vibro Gym and Steam Bath regularly. 6.What should be the correct way to breath while doing weight training for the best results Please guide as my instructure himself is confused and I am spending money without much results.
