Alright. I'm 17. I'm looking to gain muscle mass and overall strength (1 rep max). What is a good routine I can use? Right now what I do is just the standard 3x10 on bench, chest fly, shoulder press, bicep curls, upright rows, tricep extension, lat pull down, row, squat. I do that 3 days a week. Should I start doing my sets at 4x5 or 3x5 and up the weight in order to gain mass? What do you guys suggest I do? I'd like to build my upper body, but I do the squats since they're a good compound lift for my legs. Should I only do compound lifts?
