Heyy,

I'm starting weight training tomorrow morning. I have someone who is going to help me but I would like to get some other perspectives. I'm not really sure where to start at all. Just a little backround: I'm 18 years old, 6'3" about 160 lbs, and I can barely curl 20 pounds. I'm really skinny everywhere, but I have like this skinny/doughy thing going on in my abdomen area...worst of both worlds haha.

Anywho I've been saying I was going to start this for a while now, and I'm finally commited. I've heard its incredibly hard to gain weight at the stage I'm in, so ANY tips you have are appreciated.

I'm not really sure what to even ask, so again, whatever you think can help me get on the right track. I'd like to build muscle as fast as possible. my goal for right now is to just gain 10 pounds of muscle. (is this too much to shoot for considering my weight situation?)

Definitely excited as hell to get started.

Thanks in advance!
Jay
