Status: offline 		Has anyone used the Russian bear 5000? I bought the Weight Gainer, but the instructions are just ridiculous. You are supposed to mix one serving together with one gallon of whole milk and drink throughout the day. For me this is ludicrous. How does someone drink so much milk especially if you have a job? Has anyone tried it?

Status: offline 		thats a protein shake that costs a lot, and cos it costs a lot people think it works well it doesnt its jus pure marketing and a way to make money!! Infact, the ProM3 is around $40 if i remember corectly from the bodybuilding.com site, and you drink less than a coke can mixed with water and you get a whooping 50grams!!
