STOMACH FAT? - 1/21/2005 9:52:38 PM

I'm in the need of a supplement that can get rid of that stubborn belly fat. I don't want to lose weight, just the fat aroung my stomach. I work hard to obtain rock hard abs, that's concealed under a layer of fat. I've heard of so many different types of products (Relacore, Lipo-6, Ab-Gone, Ripped Fuel, etc.) How can I continue to gain weight, but get rid of this belly fat? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I can run 2 miles a day, and do 200 situps a day, and yet.............nothing!!!

Eat less fatty foods and do more in your ab workout. You don't need suppliments, they're for girly men. Situps don't cut it, they only work your top abs anyway, make sure you're doing things like flutter kicks, side crunches, 6 inches, etc.

I have a 2 pack right now that is slowly converting into a 4 pack, and hope to have a six pack by summer.

It has taken serious dieting, more cardio, and a lot more ab work at different angles for a month to even start to see a difference.

We went out to a big dinner with dessert the other night, and I woke up with my belly just as bloated as it was a month ago. I could have cried. But it came back off in a couple days this time, so hopefully it gets easier.

I don't know if at 34 years old if I can get and keep a 6 pack. I am in good shape, so this is the only thing holding me back, but yet it is so difficult to stay on a diet without giving up too much muscle.

Has anyone accomplished a 6 pack for the first time in their life at 34 or older and kept it. If so, let me and the rest of us know your routine.

Thanks

Doing sit-ups will not reduce belly fat, you cannot spot reduce. You can tone but not reduce. Doing massive amounts of sit-ups in fact will only make it worse. You will build more muscle under the fat, and look fatter.

Only good diet, and aerobics will solve this problem.

I ended up using three products simutaneously and not only is my belly gone but I have natural energy as well and feel great ever since. Its not only about doing any type of workout, but also what you give your body to utilize. Every person is different, which means every person has a different weakpoint in their body as well. If you`d like to know the names of the products then send me an email with your name and address and I can get you a customer number from the Manufacture of the products, so you can get them yourself.

Hi,
I was responding to your email about losing belly fat. I am getting married in 2 months, I weight 112 lbs. I am soooo skinny except for my stomach, and I am ashamed to be seen in a bathing suit. Can you tell me the names of the vitamins that work? My email is chrissy30004@yahoo.com and my name is Chrissy.
Thanks
Chrissy
