Has anyone else been watching the Biggest Loser TV show?

A few of the people have had some pretty big weight loss.
Yet some have done almost nothing and seem to be working out hard.

How can you go an entire week and only lose one pound if you are not cheating on your diet?

Hello, Weight loss is complex and everyones metabolism is very different. So each week they could work very hrad and not lose a single pound.

I think it could be that they may not be eating enough to speed their metabolism. Eating A hi Protein Diet and eatting ever 3 hours a medium size meal that contain around 40grams of protein and carbs. Also I don't see them drinking lots of water to flush the system out.

Think of your body being like a fire place. the more you feed the fire the hotter it burns. Small little feeds on a regular basis burn much faster then 3 big logs through out the day.
5- 6 small meals a day makes your body burn faster and more calories through out the day. This will speed up the metabolism.

We think they should all click here and Visit BodyConcept.com

Biotest Fahrenheit Diet Pill Stimulates Metabolism click Here for more info Each year after the age of 18, the average woman gains one-half pound of body fat, and loses one-half pound of valuable lean tissue.

Ten years later at 28, she weighs about the same, but she's squishier, and a lot further away from that hard-body look she's always wanted.

The reason? It's the natural and progressive slowing of a woman's metabolism that occurs shortly after the teenage years.

It's inevitable. The good news is, it's also preventable!

Last weeks show definately had people that lost a lot more weight.

There metalbolisms are picking up from the added muscle.

Muscle is the best fat burner.

I still feel a few of them may be cheating, because some of them have a ton to loose.
They really don't show you on the show everything they eat.

They should show what they are eating.

Check this out. Tuesday the 21st they are having a special episode.

"the contestants who cheated when they thought the cameras were out of range. "
I thought some were cheating but they never showed it. That will be interesting.

"A Look Back Special"
An often-comic look at the first eight episodes; previously unseen footage of contestants' exit interviews; bloopers; the contestants who cheated when they thought the cameras were out of range.

I am finding myself having withdraw from no Biggest Loser again this week.

I can't wait to see who wins next week, but I am hoping Gary wins the whole thing.

Jillian is hot and is in great shape. I just saw that she has her own Training Spa in Beverly Hills, and works with actors and actresses.

Wow, I can't believe Moe got voted off last night.

I thought for sure that the girl was gone.

Gary broke his pack, so he is lucky it is not Survivor were that could come back to haunt you, by having to have Moe vote for you in the final show.

I agree, but I definately see Garys strategy in getting rid of Moe.

He got rid of Moe, because they have to go home for two months and then come back to see who is the Biggest Loser. Moe being a football coach back home might fall to pressure from family and students to loose more weight over those two months, and he has a heck of a lot of weight to loose.

Gary was down to 175 pounds. He only has 5 or 10 pounds left to loose unless he wants to look look bone thin. If he puts on any muscle he won't loose much more.

That is just my opinion...

OK, everyone the tension is building.

The Biggest Loser Winner will be announced this Tuesday January 11th.

I am thinking Ryan will win, because Gary does not have enough weight left to lose.

Ryan has lost weight like water and continues even in the last couple episodes.

Post who you think will win.

I think you are right about Ryan. I don't think Gary can hold the pace, because he is so thin already. But, I wouldn't forget about Kelly, because she has enough weight to loose yet. At some angles doesn't Kelly look like Monica from Friends?

I cast my vote for Ryan.

WOW, 122 Pounds of weight loss for Ryan the Biggest Loser!

See what hard work and dedication will give you.

They didn't show Gary and Kelly spending much time in the gym.

When they showed Ryan slapping his wife’s hand while he did push ups, and that is when I knew he won.

Plus, he said he was going to the gym for an hour in the morning and 2 hours after work while working 9 hours a day.

He deserved to win and changed his lifestyle completely.

For $250,000 I would have lived at the gym and ate only protein bars and water for 3 months.

Great Job Ryan!

I can't wait to see who will win $100,000 next week.
That was a great twist to see how many of the others stuck with it even though they did not make the final three.

I bet some will do awesome, while others maybe embarrassed that they quit and went right back to their old ways.

People love reality TV or it wouldn't be on the air.
Look at the lines of thousands of people applying to Survivor, American Idol, and the Biggest Loser at open casting calls.

The show Biggest Loser is helping people. Look how much weight they lose. It is incredible.
It also helps show people that it is not to late to start a weight loss program.

You have to watch for it on TV or on the Internet to see when they are taking applications or having open casting calls.

I saw on TV the lines were long at the open casting calls for this seasons show.
