i calculated that Muscle Juice 2544 contains about 3kg of sugar
19 servings of 162g sugar =3kg
excellent choice for a weight gainer
with that much sugar your sure to gain weight

I bought this product online last week primarily because of the price. But tonight after reading about different weight gainers I'm thinking that the sugar content is way to high! (Most have 15 - 35 grams of sugar per serving) This one as 162!!! Thats like drinking 5 cans of coke (34 grams in each coke)
Sugar isn't going to help me build muscle...

i agree with everyone here that the amount of sugar is rediculous. but ive been taking it for a month now and ive gained 4 lbs and right before i started taking this i just stoped taking creatine monohydrate so i was actually expecting to lose some water weight. i have a very fast metabolism and i work out 1 and a half to 2 hours a day. i dont think i would recommend this to anyone who has a slower metabolism or is less active and i probably wont take it for much longer. the only reason i bought it was because of the price. once this runs out i think ill spend the extra $ and get something that is a little healthier

Dude get your facts right, none of you obviously have this product because the ammount of sugar in it is 60g, not 162g!. I have this weight gainer it works amazing, i put on nice size with little fat. This is a great weight gainer. PS. this site has their nutritional facts wrong for this product, i cant believe the idiots had the nerve to put 162g when it really is 60g. They are trying to get you to spend more money then you have to.

I did some reasearch and it only has 60g per serving so there is about 1.17 kg of sugar per 10lb jug which it still a fair bit. That mean there is 2.57lbs of sugar in it which is like a quarter of the total weight. Thats a bit, im just starting to take it thought and ill see how it works,

does it really matter how many times you take it a day because i want to gain weight but 3 times a day with 4 scoops in each seems pretty intense

yes this stuff is amazing.. it depends on how fast and how hard you work on. if you work out once a week then dont use as much.. but if you work out alot then use it how it says to use it. IT REALLY WORKS

Hey Just wanted to say that muscle juice has been working for me.. I started taking it a month - two months ago.. i've gained about 13-14 lbs.. 172 -185.. but I also eat high protein meals and at least 4-5 meals a day.. Try the chocolate with mint choc chip ice cream.. tastes great.. hope this helps. Yea it may have sugar but if you want to gain weight and drink something that actually tastes good.. then use it

D.

Buy it .. it works and it doesn't kill your stomach either.. 1 and 1/4 cups of milk and 3 scoops or four is great.. add some PB for taste.

OK I'm not sure what everyone here is trying to accomplish but clearly nobody so far has common sense. The 150-165g per serving refers to all carbohydrates. The ~60g mentioned refers to sugar only. The remainder of the carbohydrates however are maltodextrin which is just short -medium chain dextrose(glucose). Maltodextrin is not far off from being a simple sugar so claiming ~160g of sugar is not entirely correct but not completely false either. Aside from that clearly guys the more you eat the more you gain. I would not recommend jumping straight to a much higher calorie diet. You will just pass a large percentage of what you eat until your digestive system catches up. Slowly increase your daily caloric intake supplementing with one or more shakes a day and remember to take multivitamins, minerals, fiber and anything else that is not included in the 1000 calorie shakes to maintain health.

P.S. don't write on forums unless you have a question to ask that hasn't already been asked or you have something intelligent tell others on the forum

it really depends, if you are looking for a long workout like myself, have with whole or 2% milk because of the calorie to fat content. i have been on this product for two months now and have gained 13lb. i have gained 8 in the past month in conjunction with NO2 black. This is what i have found to be the ultimate weight gaining stratigy. I would like to learn in more detail about the "55" grams of protein in the drink.
