I have been lifting for about 3 years now and im pretty happy with my size.
I don't want to grow anymore as i feel i am losing speed and agility for football.
Is there any way in which i can continue to increase/maintain my strength without continuing to have massive gains?
Would higher reps/lower weight help?

Also, my pecs are developing a lot faster compared to the shoulders/traps so it looks pretty stupid. I am working them out once a week.
Should i stop benching and focus on other pec exercises?

stick to lifting weights that are a good weight for you eg not too light and not too heavy.ideally you should be able to do a set of 12 reps no problem but just starting to slow on the last one.next another set of 12 reps and this will be more difficult this time but you should still be able to push 12 reps out,and finally a last set.just do as many as you can on that set then take half the weight off your pressing or curling etc and do as many as you can again with no rest inbetween that set.this should keep your size and make you lean and muscular not bulky muscular.hope that helps
