Hey All!

Okay, I think there is a big problem here, but I'm not really sure, so any feedback is appreciate.

For the past two-months I have been lifting weights with the bowflex, doing a routine starting with arm curls, bench press, crunches, leg curl, and leg lift, and a shoulder exercise.

The first while that I started, it was easy... and now after it being two months later... it's very hard to do the routine... it's not doing the usual "the longer you go, the easier it will be". It doesn't seem like I am building muscle or stamina at all, it just seems like I am getting into worse shape.

At first my pulse didn't rise a whole lot, and now my pulse rises quiet a bit. I really think that my whole "body" and "health" are just really deteriating, and I'm really not sure why... this all doesn't make any sense to me.

I'm use to things working like, once you train for a while you build tolerance and strength... but it's not working like that. Something is deffinently wrong.

Oh, I forgot to add that I am doing this workout pretty much every day, with the exception every now and then. I'm also 19 years old.

it seems to me like you are overtraining. Take a week or two off and continue your routine about every other day never work the same muscle groups mutiple days in a row. It sounds like your body needs rest. Also less is more so if you are doing to much maybe take it down a notch.

hope this helps!
