need to develop muscles on my non dominant side, and mainly interested in the ones along the spine, the "Erector Spinae". My dominant side is much bigger, and want to make them even as fast as possible, so don't want to work both of them.

I am coming off a verlong illness/disability, and want to even things out with the belief it will be better in all ways. I have a slight surve of my spine, and maybe it will improve that.

when you train your back it may be the curve in your spine that is making one side of your body work harder than the other weaker side.all i can suggest is train with weights that are not to heavy and make sure all positions of your body are even when preforming a rep.do not struggle so much that the weight is making you twist or arch your back in any way as this could cause injury or uneven muscles.but first i recommend going to see your doctor and tell him/her what you are planning to do as i am no medical expert.just remmember, nice even controled reps.you don't need to lift the heaviest weights to get nice lean muscles.
