Ok im only 16 and weigh about 125 and today I just maxed out at 135 for the first time. But alot of my friends are telling me that the way my hands are on the bar is wrong that i cock my wrists back or something. So here is a pic of me lifting. Could someone tell me if it is ok to lift like this or not. Because when i do it like everyone else i dont lift near as much for some reason.
