Insted of trying any new pill you should try well proven pills like phentermine, meridia and xenical. Mostly people who are taking diet pills prefer to take phentermine. You can collect full information about diet pills and weight loss by visiting http://www.phentermineslim.com.

Hi I took the first trimspa with ephedra and I lost 30 lbs. I then had a baby and by the time he was born they took this product off the market. I tried the new one X32 and it did nothing for me no matter what I did. Now I am triyng the new Everslim for women who have had children. We will see what happens but I would not waste my tome with the trimspa products now.

I did try the farenheit pills for a month and they worked great. They gave me lots of energy without the shaky feeling some pills give you. I lost about 12 pounds in a month on them. I am now thinking about trying everslim and was trying to find if they maybe worked as well, if anyone knows.

You haven't mentioned that What is your present weight, height and age. Telling you one thing that weight loss process is heavily dependent on your eating habits & proper exercise as you can digest your food.
See weight loss is not a fly by night process. It takes time.
common weight loss mistakes are as follows:

(1) you have to fix your diet plan according to you(becuase u r obese) not according to a average person. this thing is often ignored by most of the people. because they follow a diet plan that is suitable for an average healthy man.
(2) not burning extra calories while exercising is another factor of why our weight loss efforts dies most of the time. For this you required spend extra time in the gym.
(3) avoid eating junk food, drinking caffeine. In the other words change your eating habits.
(4) Drink lot of water.
(5) Do a lot of execrcise & out door activities like swimming, cyclinge etc.

If you are extremly obese, you can take help of diet pill
phentermine,xenical etc. with proper execrcise.
But before using diet pill you take proper precaution:

Diet pills do help to control obesity and shed off the extra
pounds which you are uncomfortable with. If followed properly with a medical practitioner’s advice, you can expect amazing results. But diet pills alone don’t help. You need to devote ample time for some light exercises and also there are a lot of changes to make in your diet. But you will get accustomed to it soon. With the combination of a safe and effective diet pill, good exercise and healthy food intake, you will lose lots of pounds from the body.

Take note • Diet pills are suited for those who have a BMI index of 30 or more • Take diet pills as your doctor prescribes • All diet pills have minor side effects • Try and take it at a particular time everyday • Don’t overdose Diet pills and weight gain weightlosspills are generally prescribed for 8 to 12 weeks. The doctor recommends diet pill stoppage after this period and advices the patient to follow a healthy lifestyle with low calorie diet habits. This is what doesn’t happen. You still cannot control the craving for food. Eating all what you missed out makes you fat again and it’s a depressing fight once more to shed the extra pounds that you have managed to gain. Manage yourself well after stopping diet pills • When you are taking diet pills, don’t miss out on your favorite foods completely. Take it in moderation • Ask yourself what’s important, your health or your unhealthy diet • Don’t stop exercising after stopping diet pills • Check your weight regularly.

I took Farenheit and it worked really well. I was 6' and 197lbs in a size 14-16 pants. I have taken them for 9 months taking one month off for every 3 months and am now 142 lbs and in a size 5-8 jeans. It didn't give me the shakes but gave me a good deal of energy. I did small things like making meals smaller and some what healthier and slowly adding in working out. I can't run because I have damage in my left leg so I would wear ankle weights to work and take the stairs instead of the elevator. Another great thing to do with taking farenheith (or any other diet pill) is to cut out soda all together, that was the hardest thing but I did it and I feel great. I would recommend farenheit to anyone who is motivated to loose weight, you cannot rely on just the pill but they do an amazing job!

Tried Fahrenheit b4, had no affect. Trimspa made me feel too jittery...Metabolite is now what I've been using for awhile...I guess depends on your health too.
