Well, im pretty lousy at making a workout.
I know plenty of workouts though.
So i know how to workout arms, chest, back, legs, etc.
Believe me, thats not a problem.
But i need help turning that into a good workout.
I also want to incorporate plyometrics for my leg workout.
Im not a heavy squatter, and im not interested in it.
Basically, i just need input on how to divide my workouts.
Im not looking for strength, just tone.
I dont want to bulk up either.
Also, if anyone knows a good deal about plyometric workouts, please tell me.
im mainly looking for jumping higher.
But i really want to tone up too.
The big areas im looking for is chest, bis, tris, shoulders, back, and core.
Legs are mainly plyometric, but I do want some lighter weight training to strengthen without bulking them up.

Its a lot to ask, but any little input at all would be great.

Also, any nutritional input would be appreciated as well.

Thanks for all your time.
