a lot of people overtrain abs mate, its all about body fat.if theres too much body fat on you you won't see your abs, simple as that.do your abs twice a week thats all,two really good hard sessions and watch what you eat and when you eat it.try not to eat too much carbs after 6 o'clock as your motablizem (if thats how you spell it?) is slowing down, and don't eat anything before you go to bed.try really hard to be strict with you diet for 2 months and eat just healthy food,i know its boring but just try for 2 months, whats 2 months out of the rest of your life.oh yes, drink plenty of water.

Yeah I agree with stuma it's mostly body fat. I've found that something that helps though is to train your abs in the same fashion that you would train any other muscle in your body, with weight. I've found that ab exercises with no resistance are basically worthless. Could just be my opinion though.

Yeah your right mate, hold a 10kg or something more and od your sit ups on a decline bench.Or you can use the machines at the gym for the stomach, they usually have quite a lot of weight on them.Your stomach muscles will like any other part of your body and with fat loss as well, you should be ripped with the right effort.
