hey all, im a 21 year old male 6'3 205lbs, been working out for 3 years. Have seen great gains since i started, as of recent though i have hit a wall. After 4 months of no weight lifting i recently started to lift weights again. Ive been working out following my routine for about 3 weeks now, high weight low reps pushing myself really hard. Iam seeing no results, i dont feel the burn no soreness no nothing. Iam drinking protien after-workout. Wondering if any of you, have encountered a wall like this? same effort as past, no results? thanks, -Cam
