Guys, this product is extremely harmful to your health, it is not natural, it pumps u up with creatine and u gain water weight, and once u stop taking this product u lose all ur results. it increases ur blood pressure and kills ur heart, and i dont recommend this at all.

how do you know it is terrible for health, because if you stop taking it the only way to lose strength is to stop working out also. but if you have the facts tell me where to find them

I have taken NO Explode and I am vey pleased with the results. I have a workout partner and he has no idea that I am taking it, last Sat. I took it for the first time and it was great. I gave it an hour to get into my system than hit the weights. Increse in strength and energy. But no bulding veins as promised. I must say that I am still satisfied with the results becasue I left the gym feeling like a beast. WARNING-I took the NO EXPLODE at 8 am worked out from 9-10 and crashed about 2pm. I fought through it becasue I had tickets to the Lakers game but otherwise I felt like I could have slept to the next day. Other than that I think it's great, my workout partner is begging me to tell him what I am using because he noticed the immediate gains from our last workout. MDH

New guest here. I just recently started taking no xplode and was wondering if anyone had heard anything about it leaning you up somewhat as well. I have a hard time getting good results in my abs but have a fairly low body fat percentof about 9%. What would someone recommend me to do while taking this to continue to lean my stomach region up a little more?I'm not uncomfortable with my body in any way just want to know what type of results people have noticed with adding a good ab routine with no xplode.

Ok listen buddy... If you have done any research on Creatine you would know that A: its not bad for your heart, B: You dont loose results after you stop and C: In no way shape or form will this raise your blood pressure. When you stop taking it all that will happen is that your muscles will look smaller, you will loose no strenth. I took a bottle of it, it was great and the only reason i stopped taking it was becuase i started taking Pill for NO. This stuff isnt harmful to your health. I dont know where you got your information from but next time you decide to post something on this web site...... DONT

about eliminating glutamine in your diet, that CAN'T be 100% true because BSN's Syntha-6 which is just a protein drink that is suppose to go with no xplode has glutamine in it.
