Muscle Juice is a product which needs to be used if you are in the gym or working out at least 4-5 times a week.........4 scoops are recommended to be taken a day.......if someone decides to take this product and do not workout responsibly, they will definitely gain FAT ......if they take the product and workout hard in the gym, they will gain MUSCLE.

As the container shows,
-Muscle Juice has 55g of protein which is used to help heal your muscles thoroughly after a workout.
-The high calorie intake of 1021 is to help "feed" your muscles so they get bigger after a period of time.
-The sugars 60g and carbohydrates of 162mg is to give you the necessary energy you need to give it your all in your workout in gym.

Muscle Juice is a very good product and should be used in the right way!

I would recommend Muscle Juice 2544 to persons who are serious about gaining "muscle size" in the gym......and also ensure that your body fat percentage is not too high when you are taking this product to bulk your muscle, as when time to tone back up or "rip up" to actually get the cuts and lines of the muscles you would bounce into alot of problems.

So take the product wisely it is a GREAT PRODUCT for bodybuilders!

I've been using MJ for awile now and I have gained over 60 lbs. since i started it. The thing is I've hit a plateau at about 185-190 lbs. and I'd like to reach 200 before I level off. So I wanted to know if anyone either has any suggestions or if you yourself have expirienced this problem.

I've been using "Muscle Juice" for a while now. I've gain a little over 5lbs using this product in less than a month. If you work out almost everyday like me, it really doesn't matter if you use milk or water because the product contains more than enough proteins and calcium. If you don't work out everyday and simply want to gain that extra weight, I'd recommend that you use that extra percentage of protein by using milk. I use whole or 2% milk.
When you start to drink, don’t gulp it down. Take it easy. Give your digestive system a chance to absorb. If you don’t so much like the taste try blending in your favorite fruit. I add banana for fiber.

I just got this product and after further inspection, I might be taking it back. There seems to be too much sugar in it. Is that much sugar acyually needed? I think not. Could anyone on here please clear this up. I want to gain wait, but I want most of the weight to be muscle, not fat.

Ok well, i just started actually trying to 'build' about two months ago. In the first month, i seen some muscle gain, not any thing special, and I only gained about 2 pounds. I started taking muscle juice about, a week and a half ago. Ive already gained two pounds. Now, I seem to have a fast metabolism, so im not really worried about the extra fat or w/e. Im skinny anyways so if i gain fat then w/e Ill sit in a sauna for an hour. Anyways, I just want to know from someone actually taking this and working out as much as me (6 time a week about an hour/hour and half a day), are you actually SEEING muscle difference. I also take N.O. xplode so I work out pretty intensely in the time I work out, I just hope I gain alot of wait before september 1st. Please let me no in detail about your experiences about this product. I know alot of people on here are saying theyre seeing positive results, but if anyone can tell me times, or how much you take it that would be helpful

If possible, could someone also tell me how much they drink a day. I.E. scoops, water or milk, how much water or milk. I currently use milk, but ive only been using this twice a day with one scoop. Should I be adding more?

Hi there.

I just purchased Muscle Juice it will be coming shortly today.

The thing is, I am not really focused on gaining muscle, I want to gain weight. Right now I weigh about 120 pounds and I am about 5'8-5'9. I am pretty slim.

So, If I take say 2-3 servings of this per day (4 scoops each) and I do not work out regularly (I play Soccer twice a week if that helps) will I still gain weight? Does this product really work? How much would you say?

I would just like some feedback as I have been a pretty slim guy for a while. I wanted to see if I could put on weight this summer and I am hoping that this will help. Any comments would be helpful.

Thanks!!!

I'm french sorry for my poor english. I think this product work great! I took bad protein like European Weider "Mega Protein 4000" or "Anabolic Evolution", for 4 to 5 month, this was just caseinate, and I meet a nutritionist who advertise me taking Muscle Juice and the result was much better that I wished! I have not taken many weight (cause loosing fat) but my muscles have grown a lot!!!!!! My wife's very satisfied of this product!!!

Sorry for my poor english (french). For me, certainly just before the training and just after

For the days you don't training, take one serving on the breakfast, and one on the middle of the afternoon (a serving is 250g)

***** IMPORTANT - Read *****

This is actually WAY healthier than CytoGainer and N-Large2. Why you say? CytoGainer has 150mg of Cholesterol per serving (thats 51% DRV) and N-Large2 is a little lower in Cholesterol but still fairly high (100mg, 33% DRV). Some users have also reported increased in LDL (The Bad Cholesterol) which were recommended by their doctor to stop using the specific gainer. Ultimate Nutrition Muscle Juice 2544 has 77mg (26% DRV), even while using low fat milk with it (still at 118mg, 39% DRV). Compare that to CytoGainer and N-Large2, with milk and without milk. Imagine taking that 3 times a day!

everyone on here is talking about how much weight they've gained from this product, which is cool - however, do they know if this is muscle mass or just fat/water...?? has anyone actually measured their body fat % before and after taking this stuff for a while. if i just want to gain weight (fat) i'll eat other foods, but if it does actually help gain muscle mass (with working out obviously) then i might try it...

could someone please give me specifics as to WHAT they've gained!

cheers people!

I have been working out for about 3 months now and have been taking this stuff since day one. I have not actually measured, but I have an ectomorph frame, and I have gained 15 pounds, of which at least ten is muscle. I am just beginning to figure out what to eat and when to eat it, so that is the reason for the flab-five. =) No, seriously, this stuff seems to be working great. It consists of whey and casein protein, and also has arginine as well to increase blood vessel size. It does not have creatine, however, so I have been adding 5g to it before and after my workout.

i've been taking this off and on for about a year now, whenever i feel back into the routine of hitting the bench and working on abs, shoulders, traps, biceps, chest and pecks. I work out only about 3 times a week for about 30-40 minutes each and in the past year i've gained 35 pounds...went through about 3 tubs of this stuff. Despite that i'm only working out about 3 times a week, i'm still very fit and toned, but i'm sure that has to do with my biological factors...this has a huge calories and my metabolism is insane. In fact, at one point I was 5 10' and 116 pounds, which is disgusting. For some people, I am sure it would make them chubby and overweight. Defintely check this product out if you are interested in weight gain, and for the price it cannot be beat.
