I spent lots of money on all kinds of supplements b4 some of them worked not to bad , i was stuck at 180 lbs took muscle juice with creatine and believe it or not got up to 218 lbs know it surely wasnt all muscle i did have quite the gut but when you find it hard to gain weight you dont mind the gut you can always cut later , strenght gain was incredible , mind you i was eatin like a horse every three hours while i was awake and would have aserving for brkfst in between bkfst and lunch right after the gym and before bed , 4 times a week at the gym 45 mins max a buddy of mine always told me when tryin to gain less is more and it worked , stopped workin out for about a year stuck at 205 right know but will be startin muscle juice again next week . i know ill be fat before the summer lol , dont get discouraged if you find it hard to gain weight but i just turned 35 and it almost happens over night , your metabolisim will eventually slow down , good luck

This weight gainer is very good. I used to weigh 146 pounds back in august when i started taking this. I am on my third 10 lb container now and even though I took it on and off in a very inconsistent manner, I still gained 10 pounds!

If anyone has a weight gaining problem like me and wanna get bigger, you need this. I didn't get fat, maybe because I have a fast metabolism. I gained pure muscle, I know this because I measured my percent body fat when i started and it's still the same. I just checked my weight today after not checking it for 3 weeks and I gained 4 more lbs, so I am at 156 now. This stuff is great.

I wouldn't recommend taking it for more than 5-6 months straight. What I did was, take it for a month, then stay off for a month, then take it again for a month. I have never taken any other supplements other than creatine for ONE WEEK, but I'm still gaining weight with this stuff. Its a great price too.

make sure you use 2 % or skim milk. If you use whole millk you'll throw up with this stuff mixed in it. Not cuz it tastes bad but it's really heavy.

I'm 5'11 and weigh around 145-150 and just trying to just gain weight or fat since I'm skinny. I don't work out, though I did for the past year and didn't really gain much mass. Since I don't work out anymore, Am I suppose to drink it every day, twice a day, 4 scoops each serving using the one that came with the bottle? Thanks.

You said you don't gain fat because your body fat percentage is still same ?
If you weight 150 pound and 10% fat means you have 15 pound of fat, but if now you weight 160 pound and still 10% fat, means that now you have 16 pound fat. I think your fat is increasing, am I right here ??

How may times is it supposed to be taken daily. I see the serving size says 4 scoops. How many scoops should actually be taken daily, and can I break them up into multiple shakes?

I am 16 and I have taken one full tub of MucleJuice 2544 and am well into my second
Its the first product i've ever taken and its been working great
First of all the taste is unbeatable, especially the cookies & cream when mixed with water
Milk is fine too, but i find it to be way too thick to get through with 4 scoops
I've gone up 5 pounds in a week and a half since i got by second tub and its almost all muscle
and i work out 6 days a week for about an hour and a half
The recommended serving size is 4 scoops and it says to take it 35-45 minutes before workout
and an hour afterwards and i've followed it to a T
Great product, heals muscles quickly and results are noticeable within days

I have used MJ for 3 months so far. I was 6'3 and 180lbs, kind of skinny. Now I'm 210lbs and my bench increased from 190lbs to 335lbs. There was even a rumor started by a jelious friend i was always neck and neck with, that I was on steriods. So people I don't really know at my school ask me if I'm on steriods as their greeting (that kid is a fag). I stacked this with NO2, creatine, glutamine, whey protein, BCAAs, and T-Bomb II/ SARM X. With a good combo of sups and flawless diet and lifting (these sups enabled me to lift 2x a day 7 days a week), you can basically build muscle like you're on steriods. Steriods work because they keep you're body in an anobolic state 24/7 so you are always building muscle, having a perfect combo of sups, diet, and lifting can do the same. It will take over your life, but if you really want this you will find it extremely rewarding. I'm no longer the tall guy, I'm the big guy, and the strongest in my high school. Muscle Juice 2544 is the MAIN part of my supplement system, and I could not have gotten to where I am now without it.

alright, why not just split the serving size ? Really guys half of the serving is like around 650 calories, add 2% or nonfat milk and you have a big shake. No need to go extreme and try to down the whole thing, besides over a thousand calories in a fast digesting source is not the greatest idea. Honestly, I would recommend this to compliment only your pre-existing diet strategy to gain lean mass. Weight gainers are not meant to be magical, number one you have to eat big, and you have to train extremely hard. Think of it as insurance, mainly because you are already taking in the right amount of protein to carbs, and the gainer is just that extra push to force the body to change.

Really, the best thing I have ever done was use Phera-Plex
4 week cycle at 30/30/30/45 and proper PCT recovery..... I went from 223 up to 240...... then after lost water and burned off the little fat gained.... stayed at 235.

This stuff works but if you are not working out while taking this stuff the protein will just be turned into fat. So at least do a cardio workout once a day for twenty to thirty minutes. I was taking this stuff for about a month at one time and I gained about ten pounds. But I quit taking it because the vanilla flavor was too sugary strong. I am now trying the chocolate flavor hoping it is easier to stomach. Overall this shake tastes great and it will gain you some weight, you will not even notice it because it will hit you so fast. So be careful. Also the cholesterol in this shake is crazy. I recommend taking two scoops a day and just eating more.
