EAT, EAT, EAT, EAT!!!! I can't stress this enough. You should be consuming @ least 4,000 calories a day n' 1.5g of protein per lb. of body weight. Working out will hel gain quality mass, not cardio ( which burns calories without building mass ), but if not that's your choice. Even people who use CRAZY amounts of steroids CAN'T, I'll say it again CAN'T, gain a single pound. I know you have to EAT A LOT, but instead of 3 huge meals a day EAT 5-6 breakfast sized meals. Maybe even add 2 weight gainer shakes to each day. MHP'S " UP YOUR MASS " is a great one that is designed to an exact science with a 45/35/20 Macrobolic Nutrition Ratio. I've been doing this for 4 months now and went from 140 to 168, all lean mass, I'm 5'10". There is no MAGIC PILL or compound that by itself puts weight on you. You have to consume about twice as many calories as you burn, and around 1.5g of protein per lb. of body weight over a period of TIME. Yes it will take TIME n' PATIENCE, which most people today have no concept of. See if you just do it instead of getting discouraged by how long it will take you will have more weight in you in a couple of months instead of weighing the same, because you were discouraged by how long it would take. HOPE this HELPS someone n' GET TO IT! P.S.- The more you EAT the more your stomach expands, so over TIME you'll be able to fit more food without being uncomfortable. You will also gain a greater appetite from this over TIME.
