You should watch the show for details on applying.

I couldn't believe how much weight the men lost last week.
It was a slam dunk victory.

It proves anyone can loose weight with hard work and diet.

Most people want to skip the hard work and that is why they don't loose weight.

Has anyone else been watching the Biggest Loser TV show?

A few of the people have had some pretty big weight loss.
Yet some have done almost nothing and seem to be working out hard.

How can you go an entire week and only lose one pound if you are not cheating on your diet?

Matt the wrestler won. Man did he look different from the first show. He did an awesome job!

Suzy actually started to look hot at the end. She had a very nice looking face once she lost all of that weight.

What these people accomplished was amazing.

It shows there is no replacement for diet and exercise.

Take your workouts and diet to a new level this year, just like they did, and let us know about your results.

Hello,

My Name is Anna (mistrusted_mail_folder@cox.net) and I am new to this Forum but I wanted to tell you a like bit about myself and also ask a question too.
I have tried four different diets. Finally back in 2005 I start a diet that was watch my calorie intake and work out 45 minutes a day 4 times a week as my PCP (Doctor) suggested. At that time I lost 60 pounds.... However I still have 50 more pounds to lose and I been stuck at 190 (5'6") for the last 9 months now and this diet now doesn't seem to be working for me ONCE AGAIN. The problem I have is once my body gets use to a certain type of diet then that is it. I either get stuck at a weight or I end up gaining it all back again. I feel like I keep running up against a brick wall. I use to be 125 pounds soaking wet size 4 and now after having one baby then losing my female organs a few years later it has become an up hill battle to lose the weight.

My Doctor has requested to my insurance company that if they pay for a Dietitian or Nutritionist that I would be healthier and they deny my doctors request. I would pay for it myself if I had the money, but I have an extremely low income ($7715 Gross Yearly Income) I virtually have no money left over once I pay for my rent, utilities, and personal hygiene stuff. (I am left with $28 per month) unless I get sick and then I have to pay for a prescription and then I am left with less per month. . Like I said $28 dollars per month does not get you any kind of help when it comes to that field of work. I would even enjoy joining a martial arts class like I use to be in when I was a teenager but that is just as much money as hiring a Dietitian or Nutritionist. So like I said I am stuck between a rock and a hard place. My friend even went out of his way and bought me a gazelle so I could workout during the day here in Phoenix, Arizona during the summer because it is so darn hot. However I just do not feel like I am getting the same workout as I was when I was hiking and walking.

SO THE POINT OF ME RAMBLING ON WAS BECAUSE I WONDERING IF YOU KNEW OF ANYTHING OR HAD ANY SUGGESTIONS?

There is a lot of crap on T.V it seems like, but I really think they are on to a good thing with that show. It is so nice to see people making strides to a better, healthier life. Rock on Biggest Loser!
