Despite some of the different opinions I found a few things that helped me reduce my bodyfat. Now keep in mind I'm a 6'0" guy who weighs 210 pounds. A year ago my body fat % was 26 and tonight it was measured at 15.5%. I really didn't do much cardio but the cardio I did do was in the form of high intensity followed by low intensity. For instance try to run as hard as you can for 30 seconds then walk or slowly jog for 30 seconds. Repeat this as many times as you can. The supplement I took was CLA (conjugated Linoleic Acid).

A good low carb and low calorie diet, plus exercise are the only proper ways to get rid of stomach fat in my opinion.

Many mornings I just have two scrambled eggs with salsa on them.

Many lunches I just have tuna and spinach.

Many dinners I just have a steak or chicken breast and some vegetables.

It takes a very clean diet without snacks for me to lose belly fat.

Hello Samone,

Squats, squats and more squats is the answer to your question.

They will make your butt and legs grow muscle while loosing fat in the stomach.

I'm in the need of a supplement that can get rid of that stubborn belly fat. I don't want to lose weight, just the fat aroung my stomach. I work hard to obtain rock hard abs, that's concealed under a layer of fat. I've heard of so many different types of products (Relacore, Lipo-6, Ab-Gone, Ripped Fuel, etc.) How can I continue to gain weight, but get rid of this belly fat? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I can run 2 miles a day, and do 200 situps a day, and yet.............nothing!!!

get a treadmill or go to the gym and get on one....

run on a incline start out wit 30 minutes a day, hold your stomach in to firm up your muscles and sweat that fat out.....

don't be on their walkin fast, you gotta actually run on that shit....

if you got steps run up them every other and run back down....

and a good diet

Eat less.

If you are dieting and exercising hard already and still are not loosing weight you may just need to eat less.

I started thinking about how little people eat in 3rd world countries, and cut way back on my eating about 3 months ago.

Sure enough the belly fat is coming off after about a month of eating less.

I take smaller portions at dinner, and even try to leave some food on the plate.

It is amazing that after a couple months I quit loosing weight and have even started gaining some lean muscle weight.

Smaller portions and eating less is starting to really pay off.

In order to cut belly fat you must cut out all whites such as white sugar, white bread pasta, white rice and so on lots of water no soda at all try that and see the result . No candy , potatoes, and fried food, I've done it for two weeks and I can see the result you have to be determined and strict with your diet. good luck

Ok here we go!
Finally, I have reached my goal of getting that rock hard six pack abs, gratz to me! Want to know how I did it? Well let me tell you first that sit up just don’t do it. Sit ups are meant for building muscle only, not losing weight. I’ve been doing sit ups since forever. I always noticed the rock which was covered under a layer of fat. I’d even feel definition under when I pinch the fat away. So this kind of got me thinking, ‘How could I start showing off these muscles under here?’ Then figured that cardio is the way to go! (I found this from a Bruce Lee fitness documentary.) He would only do about 200 sit ups a day, yet run 3 miles under 45 minutes, that’s a lot more cardio. That’s how he got that lean clean look. Now, I know some of you might be saying, “Ok my arms and chest are slim and perfect already, I just need the fat gone from the belly!” Well it wasn’t only running everyday for Bruce to get that way. He would up his protein in take and lower his carb in take. Those carbs are what makes it so hard to burn fat. Ever since I been eating more fish I’ve been losing weight a lot quick. Cardio + Protein = nice body, meaning hard abs! This is the only way to go! Don’t believe me? Well I wish I could show you pictures.

Did you know? Nicole Richie lost dramatic weight by cardio and a all protein diet. Now, I’m NOT saying you should do this! But you see how fast of a dramatic change this program can have effect. Just don’t be like her and give up all carbs! Our body needs carbs! Just kick back a little on those fatty candies and cakes. And do not! I repeat! Do not pick up some Bad eating disorder like… well you know, like miss Richie has.

Hey maybe this can help! How about I tell you a little about my daily routine. Keep in mind that I am not a professional fitness instructor, although I am a very health person and I have my doctor to prove it. Ok, back to the subject of matters. My daily routine goes a little like this: Every morning I wake up and run 1-2 miles at my own personal rate. Then I’ll come home and have a protein shake, or if I’m already hungry I’ll have a can of tuna or eggs for breakfast. Next I’ll pump that protein fuel by doing some body building (every other day). After, I’ll finish with my daily kung fu video workout. About this time it would be lunch. I would sit down and have something like; half a fish, some veggies and rice, Yum! After that I’ll go to work… blah blah blah. Finally I’ll come home around 8. I’ll have some yogurt or fruit and go to bed. I forgot to mention that I have water at any time, and if I need snacks I’ll have some fruit, like strawberries (haha I love strawberries). That’s it! I been doing this for almost a year now. I feel great! Yes, I’ve had some of those days where I couldn’t resist temptations. All I would do is workout extra hard the next day. So yea, this is my workout plan. I’m not say that you should copy my program. I won’t say it is right for you. I had a talk with a friend who is a fitness instructor and kung fu teacher. He helped me with this workout by knowing my height, my weight, my muscle mass, and eating habits. He even told me that my workout would be informal until I see my doctor and take a physical. Anyways, we called this ‘my no action Bruce Lee work out’ haha. Because of the fact that it does not invole all those hours of martial arts that Bruce did.

sorry if this is kinda messy haha I wrote it up real quick. Please don't follow what I'm saying thinking you will get in the same shape I am (I' am 24 years old, so I still have some go in me). I don't know you and the best thing to do is go to a doctor or fitness trainer. I'm only giving some help and ideas. You do what you think you can do. Thats what I do, make sense? haha.

I the only way that I found to lose stomach fat is to change your diet, and weight change. Drink 8 glasses of water, I eat tuna fish, chicken without the skin, stay away from fatty foods, junk food, breads, sodas.
I have a potien drink.

You will see result, I have seem a big result, but remember it will not happen overnight and it takes commidment, you must work at it everday, I'm in the gym 6 days way for 1 hour, don't over do it, let it happen slowly.

IF you want to lose stomache fat, diet is the main key, it is the most important factor especially if you doing alot of cardio and sit ups and the fat does not go away, the only thing left is diet. If have a good metabolism, work out and do not eat things liek bread, processed foods like cerial, lose the sugar and soda, I cannot imagine not having a visible six pack for a healthy person with a good metabolism, works out and deits properly. Diet Diet Diet, this is the advise from professionals when all else fails.
