Ok here we go! Finally, I have reached my goal of getting that rock hard six pack abs, gratz to me! Want to know how I did it? Well let me tell you first that sit up just don’t do it. Sit ups are meant for building muscle only, not losing weight. I’ve been doing sit ups since forever. I always noticed the rock which was covered under a layer of fat. I’d even feel definition under when I pinch the fat away. So this kind of got me thinking, ‘How could I start showing off these muscles under here?’ Then figured that cardio is the way to go! (I found this from a Bruce Lee fitness documentary.) He would only do about 200 sit ups a day, yet run 3 miles under 45 minutes, that’s a lot more cardio. That’s how he got that lean clean look. Now, I know some of you might be saying, “Ok my arms and chest are slim and perfect already, I just need the fat gone from the belly!” Well it wasn’t only running everyday for Bruce to get that way. He would up his protein in take and lower his carb in take. Those carbs are what makes it so hard to burn fat. Ever since I been eating more fish I’ve been losing weight a lot quick. Cardio + Protein = nice body, meaning hard abs! This is the only way to go! Don’t believe me? Well I wish I could show you pictures. Did you know? Nicole Richie lost dramatic weight by cardio and a all protein diet. Now, I’m NOT saying you should do this! But you see how fast of a dramatic change this program can have effect. Just don’t be like her and give up all carbs! Our body needs carbs! Just kick back a little on those fatty candies and cakes. And do not! I repeat! Do not pick up some Bad eating disorder like… well you know, like miss Richie has. Hey maybe this can help! How about I tell you a little about my daily routine. Keep in mind that I am not a professional fitness instructor, although I am a very health person and I have my doctor to prove it. Ok, back to the subject of matters. My daily routine goes a little like this: Every morning I wake up and run 1-2 miles at my own personal rate. Then I’ll come home and have a protein shake, or if I’m already hungry I’ll have a can of tuna or eggs for breakfast. Next I’ll pump that protein fuel by doing some body building (every other day). After, I’ll finish with my daily kung fu video workout. About this time it would be lunch. I would sit down and have something like; half a fish, some veggies and rice, Yum! After that I’ll go to work… blah blah blah. Finally I’ll come home around 8. I’ll have some yogurt or fruit and go to bed. I forgot to mention that I have water at any time, and if I need snacks I’ll have some fruit, like strawberries (haha I love strawberries). That’s it! I been doing this for almost a year now. I feel great! Yes, I’ve had some of those days where I couldn’t resist temptations. All I would do is workout extra hard the next day. So yea, this is my workout plan. I’m not say that you should copy my program. I won’t say it is right for you. I had a talk with a friend who is a fitness instructor and kung fu teacher. He helped me with this workout by knowing my height, my weight, my muscle mass, and eating habits. He even told me that my workout would be informal until I see my doctor and take a physical. Anyways, we called this ‘my no action Bruce Lee work out’ haha. Because of the fact that it does not invole all those hours of martial arts that Bruce did. sorry if this is kinda messy haha I wrote it up real quick. Please don't follow what I'm saying thinking you will get in the same shape I am (I' am 24 years old, so I still have some go in me). I don't know you and the best thing to do is go to a doctor or fitness trainer. I'm only giving some help and ideas. You do what you think you can do. Thats what I do, make sense? haha.
