I'm in the need of a supplement that can get rid of that stubborn belly fat. I don't want to lose weight, just the fat aroung my stomach. I work hard to obtain rock hard abs, that's concealed under a layer of fat. I've heard of so many different types of products (Relacore, Lipo-6, Ab-Gone, Ripped Fuel, etc.) How can I continue to gain weight, but get rid of this belly fat? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I can run 2 miles a day, and do 200 situps a day, and yet.............nothing!!!

I've been working on ridding myself of belly fat for two years now. So far everything is skinny except the belly. I would desperately like to know what you used to get rid of it. My next stop is lipo, which I am hoping to avoid. my email is avatarsshadow@aol.com.

thanks!

hi !! the following works for me when i obey the rules !!
but the fat comes again if i stop them...

FYI !

my belly fat was dissappeared when i did

1 ) 50-100 situps, 1-3 times a day;
2 ) climbing the stair 9-10/F, 1-3 times a day;
3 ) eating everything without fat, suger & meat .

at the begining(1-2 months), we can do less exercises.

then, add more & more until 3 times a day.

after 4-7 months, we can see the result !!

i lost 10 kg within 7 months !!
but now i stop the exercises, my belly fat come again!!

i think removing yeast from your diet will prevent bloating that alot of people see in there stomache area. pilates is awesome for toning without alot of effort. the bottom line is that we are not willing to change are lifestyle for life. refined food are so unhealthy for us that is killing up. i do exercise at least 3 times a week. i do not eat refined, yeast, sugar or alot of meat and thank god i do not have a problem. good luck everyone.

I finally have the flattest stomach I have had in years. My size 32 waist pants are now loose.

I have been dieting hard since January. Yes, it took me over 6 months to loose the love handles.

Tons of running, biking and crunches on top of weight lifting and dieting are what it took.

It was a lot harder than I thought it was going to be to loose it, so this is motivating me to never let it grow back.

I got to admit that I came on to this site to find an answer because I want a quick fix, but I looked in the mirror and I am in the best shape I have ever been and I AM starting to lose the belly fat although I am very impatient. I can see the results in a two week time span and I would say I have lost an inch and 4lbs and this is my normal routine. It may work for you.

In the morning I take a protein shake for breakfast then I go to work. I have a small snack at 9am with a drink (usually water) then at lunch I have a chicken salad with green tea (which is supposed to help block fat from being adsorbed) then I have a protein bar at 2pm with another protein bar at 4pm then I go to the gym at 6pm. I due my weightlifting for 1 hour but you can sub this with low intense cardio and then I do 30-45 min of low intense cardio and then I hit the abs by do bicycle crunches (NO SITUPS!!). I do 3 sets of 100 and thats it. I go home and have a protein shake.

I cheat one meal a week to stay sain and I use Hydroxycut Hardcore and NO Explode (which is for weightlifting). Follow the directions for Hydroxy and don't take it if you are not working out. Basically it is a lifestyle and I have a long way to go. I just squated 245lbs today a personal best and I look really good I think, but the stomach is still a problem. So this routine may not show it's full potenial for another 2-3 months. If you want a quick fix....good luck because I have been looking myself and so far there is none.

For those considering surgery, try searching for LypoSelection and see what you get.

Hi every1
just on the topic of stomach fat, ive already get the idea that by having a good toned stomach is by having less fat and its the hardest part to work off since its when fat is stored first...lol...does that make sence...but i was wondering how do i loss fat while still gain bigger muscles like arms and chest, because my friend said that if i lose too much fat the muscle wont be as big, but it doesnt seem right since fat cells and muscle cells are sort of non related. so can some1 gives us a tip. i have no clues!
