Hey everyone...
I am sorry that so many of you have received the wrong info on how to lose belly fat!!
Please understand that "belly fat" is no different from any other area of bodyfat!!!
If you have belly fat, that is simply where your body is genetically programmed to carry extra bodyfat...so, if you say "I dont want to lose weight, I just want to lose my belly"...this means that you NEED to lose bodyfat...which translates into...YOU HAVE TO LOSE WEIGHT!!!!!
You CANNOT lose bellyfat by simply doing ab exercises!!! You have to LOSE BODYFAT...which means, you have to lose weight...which means, taking in less calories (NOT starving yourself!!) and burning off MORE calories!! This means creating a CALORIE DEFICIT in your body in order to be able to burn OFF BODYFAT!!! This takes at least 1-3 weeks of calorie deficit to see bodyfat come off!!! (It most likely took awhile to gain this bodyfat, too...so give it some time to disappear!! NOTHING happens overnight...so be patient...and create a pattern of eating well, healthy, quality protein foods with veggies, fiber and good quality carbs (sweet potatoes, oatmeal, brown rice)...and limit sugary and starchy carbs that have no nutritional value!! Get out and MOVE your body!!! WALK, BIKERIDE, DANCE, SWIM, STAIRMASTER, LIFT WEIGHTS..DO ANYTHING...JUST MOVE YOUR BODY!!! Create HEAT in it....create your metabolism! Think positive, uplifting thoughts and visualize your body for the way YOU WANT IT TO LOOK. TELL YOURSELF that you CAN CREATE any look to your body that you want to create...and FEEL your positive energy flowing through your healthy body!!!
THIS is the only body you have...so honor it, treat it well, and realize that it WILL RESPOND to your commands when you have decided to honor it, love it, care for it and treat it in the healthy way it deserves to be treated! Also..concentrate NOT only on how you LOOK...but how you FEEL....FEEL YOUR NEWFOUND ENERGY as you drop the extra pounds and begin to feel lighter, happier, healthier and have a new outlook on life.....

Hi

I lost about 30 lbs around my stomach and upper chest. The key is to watch what you eat, 40 minutes of aerobics a day and weight train every other day. When it comes to the weight training, do not use heavy weights, use lite weights and do more reps.

It will take sometime but it works.

Ok so ive been readin a few of posts and basically if u want to lose stomach fat and maintain your lean mass just lay off the juices and sodas and alcoholic beverages, maintain a healthy diet and believe me theres a difference between a healthy diet and a restrictive diet, dont eliminate carbs just watch the kind of carbs you eat. Eat whole grain breads instead of white, eat sweet potatos instead of regular ones and try to lay off of most carbs after lunch time unless of coarse to work out in the afternoon which if you do you should really limit the carbs you consume any time after your work out. Drink more water/tea, eat more (5-6) small lean meals through out the day and take in a good amount of low fat dairy like plain yogurt, or cottage cheese or a few glasses of skim milk. Its really not that hard to get in the shape you want no matter who you are or what shape your in...all it takes is the a goal, a little know how and a desire to achieve that goal.

Hi,
I was responding to your email about losing belly fat. I am getting married in 2 months, I weight 112 lbs. I am soooo skinny except for my stomach, and I am ashamed to be seen in a bathing suit. Can you tell me the names of the vitamins that work? My email is chrissy30004@yahoo.com and my name is Chrissy.
Thanks
Chrissy

Cardio is key. jogging/running for 30 minutes a day will do wonders. I havent worked out in 2 years. I was about 25 lbs overweight. I started jogging 1.5 - 3 miles a day 3 - 4 times a week. It's been 3 weeks and I dropped 15 lbs. Drop the carbs and eat steaks and lean chicken. Only drink water. I'm almost ready to start lifting again.

If you're not use to jogging or running start off slow by walking, then increase to a brisk walk then jog when you're ready. I even smoke and I have no problems running now.

you're supposed to keep your heart rate up for a duration of time in order to shead the fat. Wind sprints are good but you need to put a couple miles in first.

I have found a solution to get rid of all your problems with stomach fat. Take two H57 Hoodia with breakfast and two with lunch. Your stomach fat will begin to melt away. It took me one month and I have great abs! I lost about 5 pounds a week for four weeks.
