One suggestion - http://www.gain-weight-muscle-fast.com/ - Read everything there which is a lot. I used to think I couldn't gain weight due to metabolism. That site says fast metabolism is a myth. I was skeptical but they made a believer out of me. i understand those in this thread that curse their genetics. I used to curse mine but I don't anymore, now I just work with it.

Please have patience hun
You'll gain weight in time maybe your 12 year old sister has a slower metabolism than you do I have a Slow one and my Cousins they can eat anythng and not gain weight I want to be like that again when I was younger I could do that but all the time that I was in High school I weighed 140-150lbs and I was a size 8 and after High School I started gaining weight because I went to College and they had all these damn vending Machine full of Junk Sugar and Pop Galore! so I would always get stuff from the Vending Machine but this Year I'm only going to school one day a week and I'm home 4 days out of the week with the exception of Saturdays and Sundays which makes it 6 days so I'm not eating as much as I was last year when I went to school 5 days a week carrying 15 credit hours that was hard work and alot of Temptation!
But please eat Junk Food it will make you gain in no time and visit a Website that is called
www.FantasyFeeder.com it will help you it really helps me and I'm a Fat Admirer so I just go there to get turned on sorry to tell you that

all this can be fixed fast. Want to gain weight? Go to Cosco, buy a supersized bag of mixed nuts, not trailmix. for a 3 kg bag for about 10 bucks. for every 1/4 of a cup of nut mix is a about 280 calories and 23 grams of fat. 1/4 cup is nothing, easy to eat too. Have 1/2 cup of mixed nuts 3 times a day between regular meals. That equals to a huge 1680 extra calories a day and a whopping 138 grams of fat per day on top of what you already eat. Plus, nut fat is considered the good fat but can gives you the same results of any fat. Also mixed nuts are big in protein. the bag of nuts should last you a week or two. Don't work out while trying to gain weight, be lazy get fat first then tone and hit the weights. Also, look at what you do from day to day, if you work in a factory or somthing and repeataly are doing fast moving repatition all day then your probably burning lots of calories in your day and you just don't know it.

ps. one more tip is when Christmas comes drink lots of eggnog, suprisingly i gain alot of weight from egg nog, also its cheap and much better tasting then gainer/protein shake.

Hi,
I am new to this site, but I need help. I do not eat that much in a day, but I do have some issues, but not sure if they are realated, please help. I have a pituitary tumor, which I had to have my Thyroid removed, which was about 1 year ago, and they have tested me, and they are telling me that I do not need any replacement hormone medicine, but I keep gaining weight, and of course I am tired all the time, and my bones hurt, and now I have problems seeing sometimes, and I have knots behind my ears, but when I go to the doctor they tell me nothings wrong. Something is wrong but of course I am no doctor, but I feel really wierd, and I can not put my finger on it. Could there be something else wrong with me to have this weight gain and other symptoms

Hi. I am also a newbie here. I have been trying to gain weight for many years, but to no avail. I've heard the secret to gaining weight is eating more frequently throughout the day. So here is the "skinny" on my situation. I am 33yo, male 5'9". I weigh 115lbs 9oz, small build. According to the scale at GNC, I need to increase my calorie intake by 750 cals a day to reach my ideal weight. I eat snacks every 2 hours at work and am very physical during that 12 hour shift. My question is, what will help pack on the pounds?

Hi....I am 34...5'2" and I weigh 87 lbs...my 11 year old daughter weighs more than me..lol...I eat...I eat all day. I have realized though just like some people are made to be larger..I was made to be "petite". I know my weight will come...and I have heard all of the prediction (when you have kids, when you quit smoking)...did those, tried them...did not work...I am dating now and I have come to realize that there are people that find me as a complete package wonderful and are attracted to me physically. I know better than to be upset if my body shape is not what someone desires because I think we have all looked at someone and thought "no...not what I want to curl up next to". I also know the person that can love and accept me for me will be the one who I will be waking up to when my metabolism slows down (I am looking forward to the "perfect" shape at 55 and older...lol)

Well, I hope everyone can get to their happy weight, but remember good things come in small package (like us)......and always enjoy the two extra slices of cake you are give at a party....

When females say they want to gain weight they mostly mean in there breast and rear because most females want to look feminine and want those goods to stick out. If you want a more enhanced rear. Then try getting dumbbells at least 7-10 lbs (the heavier the dumbbell weight the better the results). Place the dumbbell on the part where your knee and thigh connect or higher, then just simply lift your leg up until about 101 times and then switch. After about the 40th lift then you should feel the burn and thats a good thing, but if you don't feel the burn then try a heavier dumbbell. After doing the exercise then try climbing stairs and you should really feel the burn. If you don't like this exercise then you could also try doing squats becasue they work too.

Whats up guys,

Well i just started working out about a month ago and gained 8 lbs already. When first started i was 5'9 150 lbs now i wiegh in at 158-160 lbs. The way i did it was eating 18 to 20 times the calories of your ideal wieght and enough protien for every pound of your body. Make sure its healthy food and not fatty junk foods. It may be hard to eat all that food but protien shakes are the way to go. I take xycience muscle meal the sponsor for the ufc. I only work out 3 times a week doing 3 hard sets of each machine. I in a hurry so i hope this information is helpful to anyone wanting to put on a few lbs.

Well everyone is all asking about loosing weight. Im asking about GAINING WEIGHT. The right kind of weight.

I've always ate lots and lots and lots of food. i can easily eat a full lb of chicken for lunch and not be full. I have a VERY fast metabolism.

Problem is, i can eat and eat and eat and i never seem to gain any weight. I used to eat nothing but junk food, however for the last year i eat large amounts of meat and not much else. I dont really like fruits and veggies (besides carrots , bananas and potatoes) so i dont really eat much of them.

I USED to workout 5-6 times a week for well over an hour. each day me and partner focused on 1 or 2 muscle groups. after months of this i saw very little results. Only when i started taking creatines did i gain weight (about 10 lbs in a month).

I started loosing definition when taking the creatine so i stopped. I lost most of the 10 lbs i gained while on it. Lately ive been getting lazy (lack of motivation) and dont work out nearly as much. now maybe only 2-3 times a week.

I guess my question is.. working out alone isnt good enough, i have to eat healthier to see any results?

what products can i take that are going to help gain muscle weight but no fat? at 20 im still growing and worried about side effects as well....

I've been reading all of these weight gain stories and it's nice to know that i am not alone. I'm 32 years old and weigh 125. I've had three kids and still weigh the same as i did before i got pregnant. I've tried all those nutrition drinks till they made me sick. i've tried it all and nothing works. I work in a very busy restaurant and every day working in the public people tell me how i'm sooo skinny. Today, there were four police officers there eating and the one girl said that i looked like a drug addict. I overheard her and that really hurts. no kidding!!! People have made me feel sooo self concious about how i look and i am sooo sick of it. Somebody help me please!!!!!!
