hello, i'm 16 years old, i have just started actually trying to lift, i'm small and can only bench rep 105 for 10,8,6. I want to increase my muscle mass but don't know what i should do. High weights low reps? or Low weight high rep? Thanks for help.

your doing it right mate 10,8,then 6 at high weights should make you grow.as a tip for your weights to go up(but everyone has different ways of doing this)if your lifting 105lbs,try getting to the stage when you can lift 105lbs in reps of 10-10-10 when you reach this stage change your lifting weight to 115lbs and start again at 10-8-6 and if at first you can't get to 10 or your 8 or 6 it don't matter if you fall a little short,you'll soon be pushing it out.but really by the time you get to doing 10-10-10 reps with 105lbs you will do 115lbs with ease mate.hope that helps
