For the lazy people out there I am going to give you a small list of food and drink that will hellp you gain weight. I have been living at uni since september my first year here and I cant cook like most male students lol so I live off what peopple would call crap, but realistically the food I eat is healthy. My diet consists of mainly; tuna, fish fingers, chips/fries, cheese, ready meals such as lasagane and mashed potateo, peanuts, walnuts, choclate milk, tropicana (or any other pure juice), bread, beans, garlic bread and pizza. I have made many topics as guest on this site but now you got to be a member to post, and as stated before to gain weight you got to eat atleast twice your diet. My height is 5ft 8 and weight is 50kg bang on 8stone and to maintain that I usally have around 1200calories and no protein in take whatsoever and I feel sloppy and tired like most of you guys I presume. Anyways, for about 2 and half weeks I have been eaten 3200-3500 calories a day averaging around 3350calories a day and alongside that I have been consuming a massive 120grams of protein per day. It is also advised to build size you need 2grams of protein per kg of bodyweight. In 2 and a half weeks believe it or not I gained a half stone (3kg). Many of you may say that is very unhealthy, but I can tell you I am very experienced in this field, and the places I gained my weight was perfect, mainly on my calves and shoulders. How comes? I here you ask, well in that past I have trained soo much but not just that my diet as mentioned above is clean. I have lost weight in the past cos i do loose my appetite and thats just a nightmare, and due to looosing weight i lost a lot of strength so in these 2 weeks I didnt bother training, but training helps increase appetite. I did also take the vita salveo tablets, yes they be some vitamins in a diferent tub but they do work. I suggest taking 2 pills 45minutes before your largest meal. My largest meal was dinner around 7.15pm which I consume around 800-1100calories!! Best protein out there is: Pro M3 available on the bodybuilding.com website. When you buy protein what you need to look at is how much you will be taking in as one serving and how much its giving to you, most people dont look at this when buying it. The ProM3 gives you a whooping 50grams of protein just from a 250ml serving, whereas most shakes are like 600mls and only give out 10grams - having 50g of peanuts is better than that!!
