I have been working out and dieting for about 4 months now with the goal of sub-8% body fat and some muscle gain. I started with a calorie restricted diet of 40% protein, 40% carbs, 20% fat for a few months. Lately I have been following a CKD (cyclical ketogenic diet). I would love some feedback on my progress. I have everything listed here including weekly progress pics, food logs, and training schedule.

Please let me know what you guys think of my progress and any suggestions you have. Good or bad, I can take it.

Great Job champ! Thats inspirational stuff. Im looking to do something similar. Im getting married in 4 months. Im currently 25% bf but carry allot of that weight around the stomach and face etc. I want to get it down as far as possible for the wedding. Dont want to look back at fat photos for the rest of my life. (I sound like a women.) Well thanks for the inspiration.
