Hello, I have been weight training for not to long. I am 17, 6'3 and weigh 180. I was wondering if eanybody had some useful tips on building the chest as well as the biceps, i.e. weight, reps, and sets. These are two areas I feel I need to improve on. Also I find that I am not getting sore like I used to after workouts. Is this bad? should I vary the intensity of my workouts? Thanks!
