hey everyone out there, im new to this forum, but, it is just up my ally. I am 16 years old, 6 feet, and weigh 125-130(on and off each day). My goal weight is 140-145. I use various protein shakes and work out each day and i am not seeing very good results. I was wondering if thier are any pills out there(safe ones) that do not have any harmful side effects and are not steriods, i know about vita salveo and i will order it. But are there any other pills ou there that give great results? make recommendations here. Thanks alot.

Have you seen this Twinlab GAINERS FUEL 2500 Weight Gainer

This stuff has a crazy amount of calories to help you gain weight.

Just make sure to hit the big compound muscle excercises below instead of working just your arms and chest.

1. Squats
2. Deadlifts
3. Dips
4. Pullups
5. Military Presses

I hope this helps.

I bought that twinlab thing. It was giving me 2500-3000calories. Do not get excited because I can tell you got a drink a lot of it and its THICK and disgusting. HOWEVER you will feel as if you need to throw up, but at an attempt of throwing up the shake will not come up!!! This thing is like GLUE its like when it goes in to your body it sticks the food you eat in there!! However it does smell bad and if you do want to try it just buy 1 tub first. I was soo excited that the first time without trying it I purchased 3 tubs and it cost me £165/$350+ and havnt finished it yet LOL and this was like 6 months ago

Hi! I must tell you the truth I tried those weight gain pills and it actually work. I was surprise on how I gained about 8lbs (plus) within one month. I was 160lbs and in one month time I was weighing around 172lbs - which was a miracle for me because I am the type of person that is hard to gain weight, probably like yourself... But yes it does work. Also I have been going to the gym and per a couple of messages below - the guys is absolutely right - the heavy weight lifting on the legs makes a difference. I was so proud of myself when my friends were telling me how nice and sexy I was looking - the jeans fitted perfectly and my chest was expanding... Man it is nothing like putting on weight when you are skinny and then get wonderful compliments within months. Protein Powder! yes I have started using them because of working out - I am using Muscle Milk and also this new weight gainer HIGH PROTEIN POWDER called Russian Bear - dude you talking about gaining weight - hack you have to be careful in drinking that stuff -- loaded with alot of protein - way over 3500 calories! It is not thick but delicious.. You can go online and check it out. Well I hope you have much success. Tony (tonytmcloans@yahoo.com)
